2. What data we process

• account details, in particular e-mail address, account name, language and country;
• local reports, comments, credible voices and information about their author and time of addition;
• photos, videos, their metadata, anonymized versions and, where needed for security and appeals purposes, the private original;
• location provided by the User or made available with his/her consent, including measurement accuracy and public approximate name of the place;
• correspondence, reports of violations and moderation decisions;
• technical and security data such as IP address, login time, session identifiers, device type and error logs.

3. Purposes and grounds for processing

The data is used to maintain the account, publish and verify local reports, protect users, counteract manipulation, handle reports and fulfill legal obligations. The basis is the performance of the contract, legitimate interest related to the security and reliability of the service, consent - in particular to the device's access to the location - or a legal obligation.

4. Public and private data

The published report, author's name, approximate place, comments and votes may be publicly visible and indexed by search engines. The exact location of the device and the private original material are not intended for public display. Before publication, the public version may have faces and license plates automatically hidden.

5. Recipients and storage period

Access to the data may be granted to hosting, email, backup, map, security and technical service providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the service. We store the data for the duration of the account or publication, and then for the period needed for backup copies, processing applications, exercising rights and defending against claims.

6. Cookies and device

Locseen uses cookies and similar mechanisms necessary for logging in, protecting sessions, remembering the language, installing applications and notifications selected by the User. Locseen does not use relationship data or precise location for advertising profiling.

7. User Rights

To the extent provided by law, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or transfer of data, raise an objection, withdraw consent and submit a complaint to the competent data protection authority. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the compliance of previous processing.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data. Do not publish the exact location of victims, children, shelters or interventions if this could create a threat. Report any suspected account takeover to the administration immediately.
